If multiple bonuses are available for the same Product, only one bonus can be activated. Any additional bonuses will remain in Pending status until the current active bonus is completed, cancelled, or expires.

1.2 100% Bonus Eligibility Rule

Players are eligible to receive only one 100% Deposit Bonus across LS.BET (Sportsbook or Casino).

Once a player has claimed a 100% Deposit Bonus, any attempt to claim or activate another 100% Deposit Bonus will not be permitted.

LS.BET reserves the right to cancel or remove any additional 100% Bonus obtained or activated in violation of this rule at any time without prior notice.

1.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Players cannot make withdrawals while an active bonus is in progress.

If a player submits a withdrawal request, the relevant active bonus will be automatically cancelled.

1.4 Bonus Cancellation

Once a bonus has been activated, players cannot cancel the bonus themselves.

Any request to cancel an active bonus must be submitted through the LS.BET Head Office.

1.5 Effect on Unsettled Bets

If a player places bets using bonus funds and the bonus is cancelled or expires before those bets are settled, any winnings from those unsettled bets will not be credited to the player's account.

Only completed and settled bets will count towards the Wagering (Turnover) requirement.

2. Turnover Requirement Rules

Players must complete the required Turnover requirement before bonus winnings become available for withdrawal.

Example:

Bonus Received: LKR 100,000
Turnover Requirement: 6x
Required Turnover: LKR 600,000

Only eligible bets placed during the bonus validity period will contribute towards the Turnover requirement.

3. Bonus Winnings & Cash Conversion

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering requirement is completed.
The maximum Cash Conversion is limited to 3 times the original bonus amount.

Example:

Bonus Received: LKR 100,000
Maximum Cash Conversion: LKR 300,000

Any amount exceeding the maximum Cash Conversion limit will be forfeited.

4. Bonus Usage Rules

Players must use their real money balance first before using bonus funds.
The minimum bet amount while using the bonus is LKR 100.
Only eligible games and betting categories listed above will contribute towards the Turnover requirement.
Bets below the minimum Bet Slip Odds requirement will not count towards Turnover.

5. Promotion Abuse & Account Rules

LS.BET reserves the right to cancel bonuses, related winnings, or promotional participation if multiple accounts, fraudulent activities, bonus abuse, or any suspicious activities are detected.

6. Technical Issues & Settlement Rights

In case of technical errors, system failures, incorrect bonus credits, or settlement issues, LS.BET reserves the right to review, adjust, correct, cancel, or modify affected bonuses and winnings.
